Hardy Realty sought to update their corporate identity by making it contemporary-yet-classic without sacrificing established brand awareness. Identity, Collateral Design, Editorial Design, and PhotographyFounded in 1925, Hardy Realty is the oldest and largest locally-owned real estate firm in Northwest Georgia. Today they are a technology- and marketing-driven company, a leader in residential and commercial real estate as well as property management, however, their previous identity did not align with this positioning. We were engaged to achieve a brand identity redesign that would reflect Hardy’s standing in today’s market along with their well-regarded heritage. Utilizing a classic typeface, ample negative space and continuing with Hardy's long-established dark, rich green and bright, crisp white color palette, the updated identity and supporting collateral are timeless and convey a nod to the past while looking to the future.
